The Pottery workshop

In the heart of St Jean de Fos, one finds Elie Sabadel's workshop, well preserved since the 19th century.

The workshop was transformed into Argileum - the house of the pottery in July 2011.

The museography uses the latest technologies in an authentic workshop.

The result is a unique and playful experience of pottery making, the skills of the trade and the ceramic history. Esthetically and contemporary designed, we invite you to spend an unforgettable visit.

Demonstrations and initiation workshops for pottery-making can complete your visit. (on booking only)

Argileum is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility
